Veridex Sourcing provides AI-assisted sourcing research, market fit evaluations, supplier shortlist reports, risk notes, fit scores, contact details, and recommended next steps for Korean buyers, Italian artisans, and intermediaries.

The service focuses exclusively on the Italy–Korea sourcing corridor. We help Korean buyers find selected Made in Italy artisans and producers, and help Italian artisans understand whether their products are realistically positioned for the Korean market.

The service is provided by the Italian sole proprietorship Bernardoni Pierpaolo, VAT IT03127950354, Via Grazia Deledda 4, 42041 Brescello (RE), Italia, which issues quotes and invoices for Veridex Sourcing.

Veridex Sourcing is not a marketplace. Veridex Sourcing does not directly sell products, hold stock, maintain supplier inventory, act as the legal seller of any goods, or take a financial margin on supplier transactions.

Veridex Sourcing provides sourcing intelligence and structured research. All commercial relationships — ordering, payment, contracts, and negotiations — are between the buyer and the supplier directly.

Veridex Sourcing does not guarantee:

• Supplier acceptance or willingness to work with the buyer
• Korean buyer interest or willingness to engage with an Italian artisan
• Final supplier or buyer pricing or price stability
• Product or stock availability
• Regulatory compliance or certification status of any supplier
• Customs clearance or import compliance
• Successful negotiation outcome
• Contract execution or delivery performance
• That every submitted category will be within current sourcing coverage

Supplier and artisan information is provided based on available research signals at the time the report is prepared. Market conditions, supplier behavior, pricing, and availability may change.

Buyers are fully responsible for performing their own due diligence before placing orders, signing supplier contracts, making payments, importing goods, or relying on any supplier information provided in a Veridex Sourcing report.

Italian artisans are responsible for the accuracy of product information, pricing, and production capacity submitted through the request form.

Veridex Sourcing reports are intended to assist and inform decisions — not to replace independent verification, legal review, or commercial judgment.

Information included in reports is based on available research signals, which may include public information, web presence, registry signals, provided documents, and communication when applicable.

Information may change over time. Veridex Sourcing does not continuously monitor or update data after a report is delivered. Users should independently verify any information before making commitments.

Veridex Sourcing may decline, pause, or request more information for briefs that are:

• Too vague to produce a meaningful report
• Restricted, regulated, or controlled under applicable law
• High-risk, potentially fraudulent, or outside ethical sourcing guidelines
• Outside current sourcing coverage or research depth

If a request is rejected or requires clarification, the user will be notified by email.

Sending a request is free and creates no obligation. After reviewing it, Veridex may send you a quote for the work by email, with a link to pay on the website. Any price shown elsewhere on the website is indicative only.

Work on a request starts once the quote has been paid. Payments are made online on the website and processed by Stripe; card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Veridex. Reports are prepared from the information submitted, so report quality depends on the clarity and completeness of the submitted brief.
