Terms and Service Disclaimer

Please read these terms before submitting a sourcing request or using the Veridex Sourcing service. By submitting a request, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Last updated: June 2026

1. Service overview

Veridex Sourcing provides AI-assisted supplier sourcing research, sourcing feasibility checks, supplier shortlist reports, risk notes, fit scores, contact details, and recommended next steps for buyers, importers, brokers, and SMEs.

The service is designed to help buyers reduce the time and complexity of finding and evaluating supplier options in Korea, Asia, and global trade markets.

2. Not a marketplace

Veridex Sourcing is not a marketplace. Veridex Sourcing does not directly sell products, hold stock, maintain supplier inventory, act as the legal seller of any goods, or take a financial margin on supplier transactions.

Veridex Sourcing provides sourcing intelligence. All commercial relationships — ordering, payment, contracts, and negotiations — are between the buyer and the supplier directly.

3. No guarantee

Veridex Sourcing does not guarantee:

  • Supplier acceptance or willingness to work with the buyer
  • Final supplier pricing or price stability
  • Product or stock availability
  • Regulatory compliance or certification status of any supplier
  • Customs clearance or import compliance
  • Successful negotiation outcome
  • Payment safety unless specifically included as a reviewed item
  • Contract execution or delivery performance
  • That every submitted category will be within current sourcing coverage

Supplier information is provided based on available research signals at the time the report is prepared. Market conditions, supplier behavior, pricing, and availability may change.

4. Buyer responsibility

Buyers are fully responsible for performing their own due diligence before placing orders, signing supplier contracts, making payments, importing goods, or relying on any supplier information provided in a Veridex Sourcing report.

Veridex Sourcing reports are intended to assist and inform sourcing decisions — not to replace independent verification, legal review, or commercial judgment by the buyer.

5. Supplier information

Supplier information included in reports is based on available research signals, which may include public information, marketplace data, web presence, registry signals, provided documents, and communication when applicable.

Supplier information may change over time. Veridex Sourcing does not continuously monitor or update supplier data after a report is delivered. Buyers should independently verify any supplier information before making commitments.

6. Restricted or unclear requests

Veridex Sourcing may decline, pause, or request more information for sourcing briefs that are:

  • Too vague to produce a meaningful report
  • Restricted, regulated, or controlled under applicable law
  • High-risk, potentially fraudulent, or outside ethical sourcing guidelines
  • Outside current sourcing coverage or research depth

If a request is rejected or requires clarification, the buyer will be notified by email.

7. Payment and reports

Payment and checkout functionality may be added in the future after demand validation. At present, any pricing shown on the website is indicative and subject to change before payment is enabled.

When payment functionality is introduced: paid reports will be prepared based on the information submitted by the buyer. Report quality depends on the clarity of product requirements, target region, quantity, budget, and certification needs provided in the sourcing brief.

8. Contact and disputes

For questions about these terms, or to raise a concern about a report or service interaction, please use the contact method available on the Contact page.

A verified business email address will be added once domain email setup is complete.

These terms are provided as a service disclaimer for transparency purposes. They do not constitute a formal legal agreement and may be updated as the service evolves.
